Acoustical Problems in a Home Studio Environment

There's two kinds of issues in any room that has acoustic issues. There's frequency domain issues and time domain issues. The second is much harder to understand, cause it's more complicated. It involves physics and mathematics and bablablar. But what's happening in a room that's got low frequency issues is you'll have peaks and knolls. That's where the sound literally isn't ringing out at all. So those problems there, those knolls and those peaks, you cannot fix with software. Nothing in the world can fix it, except the room itself.
