The UN Secretary General is calling for the wealthy nations to get more aggressive in reducing their emissions. So I'm not sure that's exactly what they wanted. On one hand it looks like Trump would win against whoever he runs against. But on the other hand I don't know if anybody can win as long as this is still an issue. Because Democrats are definitely going to vote if this is an issue.
