Europe Needs a Nuanced and Comprehensive China Strategy

I would say, we just need as soon as possible an updated a nuanced and comprehensive China strategy here in Europe. And we need a united front, meaning all member states need to stand behind it. The other thing, Europe needs to get serious about is funding for semiconductors. South Korea alone is dwarfing the European investments in this area; they are starting from quite an advantage. So, how can Europe hope to compete with South Korea Taiwan, let alone China and the US with such scarce resources on the table?
