The Four d'S of Data Driven Leadership

If data is not part of the decision making process, then you can do data all you like. The decisions are getting made in a parallel track, almost independent of data. And of course, your organization will not be able to leverage the data and will not be data driven. So these are the four D's. I'm going to summarize it data maturity, data literacy, data driven leadership and decision making process. Wow. That's crazy. What are the other two D's? The other two Ds are data driven leadership. If the leadership does not have a vision for a data driven organization, they don't are they not holding their team accountable to use data to drive decision.
