I'm Not Productive, It's Just Not Working.
I strongly believe that any job that can be done remotely, an employer should allow it to be a remote job. I think there are a lot of companies that are talking about bringing people back into the office. Another conflict of interest is employers that don't trust employees to be productive without constant onory tat a big pece arnt there. It's so amazing when you've had jobs, like when you're younger, and think nobody trusts you. And then one day you get treated like an adult and an actual human.
