Is the Updated Waiver Still Enforceable?
We have an updated waiver too that we can get to here in a minute, but it looks like they have actually updated that at some level already and are trying to get that out to people. That's positive. If you are one of those people that signed that waiver, know that that waiver is no longer enforceable and you can sue them if you want to or anybody else. However, they seem to be doing the right things. I don't know how stupid you have to be to send that waiver out and how that happened. They are trying to make it right.
