Luke: We're leading players, and we don't know if theyre ever going to get it. I think when those players turn the corner and and then kind of communicate that they have right tay, they show that that moment of growth is really, really special. Adam: It's so important that we use relevant and sticky language for the skills and behaviors we want our athletes to grow in.
