Is the Invasion of Ukraine Changing the European Approach to Technological Sovereignty?
I think this is really an example of how Europe is trying to become technological independent. At the same time it's putting on the table very few resources to do that because member states are not willing to invest. I believe France alone is investing more than the entire EU in satellite capacity, for example. The way forward here is most likely going to be through a lot more cross border interactions between governments and companies.
