In the 1990s, Congress enacted Section 230 which is meant to shield these internet platforms from being liable for what users say on the platform. Oren: I am certain that Section 230 needs to be reformed. And if nothing else, like as you said, the companies aren't liable, but a media business should be liable if it publishes liable. It's a pretty simple rule.
