I would be surprised if Putin is in Moscow. If I were him, I would not go to the most obvious place that he should go. How does a Putin ever retire? Do you ever think about that? There needs to be an island that's the dictator retirement island. Wouldn't it be cool to have an island where you had several deposed dictators and they're just neighbors? And then they do a reality show?"
