Is There a Pre Mortem?
Sally Kohn: I think that there are two sort of last pieces of this. So a pre mortem is what we sound like you think about all the different ways that your project may go sideways. All the different challenges that may come up. And then there's of course the aspect of actually mapping it out and you go into chunking and all that.Kohn: One of the simplest things that we can do for ourselves to make our world easier to do is when you create an action list for yourself. Only list chunks of the project that are relevant for that day or that you know you can get done today.
