Putin's Speech

The White House feels like I couldn't have scripted the last two days better. The secret trip to Kyiv, pull off safely and providing powerful images. And then this speech yesterday, which they feel like was delivered effectively to a number of different audiences. But certainly for a long war in Europe, the pieces are not aligned for diplomacy here.
