The Importance of Being a Faculty
Most faculty here at BYU work at least 50 hours a week. Engaging with students, constantly learning and challenging yourself through your research is the fun of it. There's nothing more rewarding than working by a student and seeing the lights come on. If there are students listening to this they should know that maybe they're not aware of or don't fully appreciate about going into academia.
