A Fascinating Story About the Driveni Papyrus
The half charred papyrus was found in 19 62 by a greek archaeologist. It turned out to be written some 24 hundred years earlier, sometime in the fourth century b c. University of michigan cassesis richard janko says it could force us to significantly rethink much of our present understanding of the social world of ancient greece.
