Twitter and Elon Musk - Is Twitter Going Private?

Twitter will no longer be required to make quarterly disclosures about health of its business. Musk could reignite Vine, a massively popular platform that has been supplanted by TikTok. He may also face pressure from those investors who might expect him to take Twitter public again at some point so they can recoup their investment.
