Sally Kohn: It is nauseating to have someone wish for some one else's death because they disagree with their political positian. She says the trump administration was distracted by last year's election and ignored recommendations to fight the corona virus pandemic. The president, she writes, got his first shot behind closed doors; he later briefly stepped out and encouraged some of his supporters to do so.
