ETFs - What's the Biggest Challenge?

The most interesting part of college wasn't necessarily the big lecture halls. It was the class that's out and you start to talk to people about, hey, could you explain this? I don't understand what's going on. So based on that, let's dive a little bit into some of the innovations in finance and ETFs. We're still something like 10, 12% of the flows the assets are inactive. A decent chunk is just arcing Kathy Woods versus everybody else.
