Coinbase Receives Well-to-Notice From the SEC
Do Kwan, the former CEO of Terraform Labs, who stablecoin crashed last year with fraud, was arrested yesterday in Montenegro. Meanwhile, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and other executives taking to Twitter last night to discuss the well-to-notice the company received from the SEC this week. Citizens Financial Group is reportedly planning to make an offer for the private banking arm of Silicon Valley Bank.
