How to Motivate Your Team to Play a Poor Team
The Spurs have changed their style of play since winning last year's title. Coach Gregg Popovich says he plays his bench a lot to help motivate the team. He doesn't try to trick players or manipulate them, just tell them what they must do next week. The more character that kid has, the easier it is for him to go after me when I'm being honest with him as far as being strong and weak are concerned.
