What Kind of Evidence Do You Have for Extinct Animals?

In the mediaeval period, lots of evidence is very unreliable. It shows there might have been a divorce and between what people were thinking about and what was around them in terms of wild life in the natural world. And i think sometimes we get so caught up in weather animals look naturalistic, that we forget that these figurative lions are drawn in a very r a very prescribed style. They're very highly artistic.
