CIA's Season Opportunity: The First Break Internationally

Disaffection with the war will continue to gnaw away at the Russian leadership. That disaffection creates a once in a generation opportunity for us at CIA, says Burns. If we could give the Ukrainian help, the Ukrainians get the victory they deserve and maybe even get as much as Crimea back, this will be the first break internationally.
