The Importance of Continuous Improvement
When you get to this level of high achievement, it doesn't just stop. You can actually see the improvements because that seems to be the things that they're working on to kind of keep improving. And across your many years of studying expert performers, do expert performers ever really come out and say that their improvement was easy? I've never encountered anybody but I can't prove that somebody won't basically appear here and basically be now the counter example that I didn't know about. But by looking more closely at the evidence, I've been able to at least construct what I think is a plausible explanation that's based more on this continuous practice.
