I don't regret renting at all. My wife and i lived in, i think, five cities throughout our twenties and early thirties. If we had owned a house at any point in that time, we would have been much more anchored down than we were. Now in my mid to late thirties, now we have two kids, home ownership is one of the most important things to me in the world. So it just, it jst, depends what stage in your life you're at. I've changed a lot. As you age, there's a big difference between 25 and 35 in terms of what you want and where you're going and what you value.
