Medical traditionally has been brought in quite late when it comes to only channel and usually the role has been can you approve this content? Can you approve this way of engagement? And actually, medical needs to be coming right at the beginning. We need to now start thinking about how do those medical user journeys integrate with the commercial user journeys because ultimately, you're seeing the same customer, the same healthcare professional. A lot of them don't differentiate between commercial and medical - some do, the majority don't.
