Are We Making It Easier to Own a Gun?
In chicago, folks are not waiting for the government to tell them that they can carry. We have this assumption that making thinings a felony disdevows people from performing that act. Even though we're sending tons of people to prison, people still have easy access to guns. And even though tpet will take 12 thousand guns off these city streets, there are a hundred thousand guns that haven't been discovered.
