Judges want defendants to be protected and to see everything that they're entitled to see have that ability to access it. So judges do try to bend over backwards for defendants to make sure that they've received the discovery that they should since it's a constitutional issue. And do you think a court will find that argument compelling? It depends. We'll have to see, again, not knowing what the discovery is and what their plan is for discovery. If they reasonably can go to trial before the November 2024 election, I expect that to happen.
