Is There a Pricing Model for Hospitals?

Can you imagine if there is an airline that said, you only pay half up front, and then you pay the second half if you get there on time? How would that kind of change the way that that airline works and how they compete with others? That's interesting craty. And also, like, i think airlines kind of live of the fact that you pay up front. So there it may be really tricky. But just in general, i think the question of allywing incentives through pricing is one of the like, basic design questions, and it's really, really important.
