Putin's Speech on Ukraine, Russia and Russia

Willie Keve: We had almost two hours of bitterness inside from president Putin. He notably used the term war in this speech, but notably blamed Ukraine and the West and Washington for the war. There were multiple standing ovation from what is basically the kind of Russian Pollip Bureau sitting out in front of him. It really was just as we expected from President Putin, no compromise, no apology after a year of killing.
