The Uphill Battle for the Prosecutors and Stay Won

The prosecution will have an opportunity, or insummation, to piece those things together into some sort of tapestry that makes sense for the jury. It's an awfully high legal standard, but of course, we wouldn't want it to be anything less in a charge this serious. The issue they are going to have there is ccoiouses conduct the entire time prior to pulling the trigger. And that's going to be a big hurdle for them to get over.
