I think that any one can lead effectively, however humble your background. It just doesn't matter. Anyone can lead if you've got a purpose. Many of the best leaders have had to work really hard to get where they are. I also have this, i mention privilege elsewhere. I think thais in the its individual but the idea of this kind of divine right to lead. And e i've found the people who think they have a divine right toLead often make the absolute worst leaders. They're not serving they don't see it as service at all.
