meta wants to reach 500,000 new monthly active users in the first half of 2023 and 1 million by the end of this year. The company's goal is to bring that back up to 20%. And just for reference, meta has really struggled with retention these past few years. Just between spring and fall of last year, 2022, the percentage of US teens using a VR headset dropped from 17% to 14%.
