The web3 phone idea was really a question of like, first of all, we need to rethink apps along the lines of what we talked about here. It's oddly something that Solana's doing in a way that Ethereum is at the moment, starting to think more about this thing that lives in your pocket and goes around. And so you can start doing lots of sort of low value things when you're around, and then maybe what you do when you do some sort of high value transactions as you plug in a hardware wallet.
