As a Jewish infant in Hungary under the Nazis, I definitely got the message that the world didn't want me. In fact, the world wanted to kill me. So there's that direct relationship between my workaholism and my early experience. Everybody go to medical school. You can prove every day how great you are. And we're dying when they're being born and we're dying in it every minute in between them and every crisis. That sense of worth and value is an internal birthright of every human being is missing because of the only environment.
