i grew up trying to get into journalism, reading those early two thousand wird magazines. I remember just being in touch with all these activists and citizen journalists who had just embraced there the internet and used social media to become effectively the political opposition. And i think a lot of people just sat there glued to their tuidofids, watching it. There was this moment where you could feel the momentum,. You could feel the state had lost control. But they were far too premature, because then late one night, they just pull the plug and the internet blinks off.
