Are There Any Challenges With This Approach?
M, i clearly understand the benefits baso whan you describe, but are there any sort of gatces with this approach? Yes, hundred percent. You know, what i tend to find is that when people are junior, they tend to start in the middle. So they sort of major either on the data side or on the quant side. And then overtime, what i try to do as a team leader, and what I try to inculcate with my managers is staff development - so that those folks become more facile on the ends of the chain.
