Bookshops by definition sell exactly the same product as amazon your memoir when it comes out we'll have the same words in it. lush kungan do a pinka bath bomb or an exclusive this or that we can't so what we're about is providing an experience and getting ourselves to a point where the customer actually who buys the book in a bookshop believes and experiences that book to be a better one than when it pops through their letterbox in an amazon envelope. i firmly believe it's true the enjoyment of browsing in a good bookshop where you have intelligent friendly and informed service where you meet a friend is a pure pleasureactually. not to have that available
