Climate Change at COP 27?
The International Energy Agency has said that indeed the crisis in Ukraine could herald or even accelerate the era of clean power. And when I say clean, I mean renewables like wind and solar but also also nuclear. There will be a big focus at COP 27 in terms of encouraging nations to accelerate their moves to ultimately a much more sustainable environmentally and economically form of energy. It will absolutely be a focus of COP.
