The Importance of Prophecy
There are sort of prophets and there is then the prophet of his day. This is not the same as some guy who happened to prophesy one time. So that's why in this particular case, things turned out so badly for Miriam because she was misunderstanding the whole thing. And basically putting herself on par with Moses, not a good idea.
