The key thing here is, things wire never bilt property in the first place. There's nothing here that gives you hope of getting your hands back on the money you've already had to pay out. The developer who did our development and on pome, shoudnt name them, but wont bucan - they have kind of refused to get involved. They say they are reviewing the reports, but they provide no feedback. It's like everything else. Unless they are compelled by law to do something, thy're not going to do something. And if they are d by law to doing it, what's to stop them just hanging up and starting again next week under a new name?
