Common equity shareholders did receive a marginal payout while the 81 bondholders got absolutely nothing. This has set off a bit of a legal discourse between the owners of those bonds and potentially mounting some legal cases against Credit Suisse, Jimana says. Moody's and S&P downgrade UBS's credit outlook to negative overnight. They cite that it's going to take some time for this deal to be executed.
