Police are confident that they can link him to a 1995 murder as well. Darlene Tolar was found wrapped in a blanket and then wrapped in a tarp off the highway. When they unwrapped her body, they found that her head and her heart were missing too. On Darlene's body, police found dog hairs similar to dog hairs that were found in Charlie's car.
