The Serenity of a Money Manager
David Harding: My view of my job as a money manager was to manage client assets. It wasn't to manage my assets. I attempted to try to stick to return to risk ratios that were good and sort of boring. Jack Schwager's book in the Margaret Wizards book suggests that you were not included on a return basis alone, but for this combination of, quote, serenity, a nice way of life plus returns. He kept having people say, you should really interview Tom, he's a very interesting guy.
