What I Learned From My Undergrad at Oregon State
Stephanie Sumali grew up in the Midwest just outside of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She was inspired by her older sister who worked in a lab during the summer. After an undergraduate year at Oregon State, she moved to Los Angeles for grad school. Her research on intestinal lymphocytes got her interested in immune regulation.
