The FBI Document Defining the Israeli Agent
The FBI document laid out a number of potential crimes that the people involved could have been charged with. Among them were a violation of the foreign contribution ban which involves foreigners illegally giving money to a campaign or anything of value. It would be like these emails that they intercepted from the Russian communications. Another charge was aiding and abetting. And then there was another charge unauthorized access to a protected computer.
