I'm going to shy away from any subject when it comes to diet and exercise. I don't know anything about anything in life except this. When you do one thing your entire life, you start figuring out a few things. Counting in calorie and calorie out and seeking out and holding it just doesn't work long term. So first don't worry about what you're eating but feel like you're on a tight rope without a net. It's okay if you over consume at first while your body's trying to figure out what's going on. And then and you lose some weight doing that right because you'll start losing your water weight and everything else.
