The Main Concerns With La Rasaccelena

Eugenic theory is based on the idea that women should be able to have as many children as they possibly can. The main concern for eugenics was about men drinking too much and damaging their ability to reproduce. Catholic priests had long tried to encourage men to drink less and participate in family life more. Women are being encouraged to pick men who are better or demand better behaviour from men, says Dr Michael O'Connell.
