What Is the Systemic Racism?

A report released days before byden's inauguration examined whether people of different races were arrested to a degree disproportionate to their involvement in crime. The report concluded that there wason, make sure i'm reading this right, no statistically significant, significant difference by race between how likely people were to commit serious, violent crimes and how likely they were to be arrested. In other words, the data suggested that police officers and sheriffs deputies focusd on criminals actions, not their race. So we do have science and data on systemic racism. And if it exists, well, liberals told us it exists. That's why we need all racial data. Everything cobs do.
