The Chick-Fil-a Workplace Vibe

Employees undergo rigorous training with lots of videos they have to watch. There's a big emphasis on smiling, even when you're only talking to a customer through an intercom. Almost every Chick-fil-A I've seen has been really well-run and that at least partially sincere but still little aggressive positivity is exhibited by most employees.
