"The All-Star game has a problem. The broadcasters are not paying us," says Mark DeRosa. "We need the entire world to think this is the World Cup ... We're going to build it to be the World Cup." MLB and the Union agreed to rules about the All- Star game, which is if you pitch the day before the Sunday of the All-Star break, you don't have to pitch in the All- star game.
