Alvin Bragg's New Book Trial of the Century

This is the damnedest indictment I've ever read in 43 years of being a lawyer. The problem with this is it doesn't tell the defendant what law he's broken Yes, it does say that he Allegedly falsified records. That's a misdemeanor and Bragg then waves a magic wand and tries to transform it into a felony By arguing that Trump, you know intended to conceal another crime at the very end It sort of alludes generally to campaign finance laws, but it doesn't say well is that a state law? Is that a federal law?
